If I could choose only one supplement shake, this would be it. This is the most powerful muscle building and strength building protein shake I've ever used. I've been lifting weights for 40 years and I've been a customer of Prosource since '99. I've tried just about every OTC product made. I use Myozene daily (I've been on a 7 DTW workout schedule for the past 6 years) and it's helped me build impressive muscle and strength at an "advanced" age. Mid-50's, D-Vet, natural, 6'2", 295lb, 19%BF, Paused bench 365lb, Squat 395lb, and DL 455lb. My youngest son has also used it for the past 4 years and won USAPL High School Nationals 2024. He's top ranked, Nationally and World, and tested. We've used Prosource products to reach major goals. If you can only afford one, pick Myozene!
I don't think people realize this is basically 4 mega supplements in 1!
1. Protein, 20 grams (the expensive hydrolyzed version, it's quick absorbing)
2. Creatine (the BEST version, micronized, the one made by Creapure, the best maker of Creatine, made in Germany. Also wont upset your stomach and send you to the bathroom like other monohydrate creatine does.
3. Leucine supplement (this is great for strength and muscle gains. A certain popular brand, initials MT, used to sell this alone and it was a massive hit.
4. Dextrose for post workout. I usually eat about 25 Haribo gummi afterwards as suggested by Jim Stoppani of Jym, because it has dextrose. Now I don't need too.
So, as you can see, its the perfect post-workout cocktail! I friggin love it! And its delicious. That Strawberry kiwi, mixed with Cold water is so refreshing!
AND I love that they still sell it all these years later. So tired of all these companies getting rid of their items. Walk into a GNC and try to find your fav supplement that you used back in 2009. Not going to happen.

I have been using Myozene as my post workout shake for atleat 15years! Nothing on the market then or now comes close to what the product dose the ingredients and the taste! I still crave the Fruit Punch flavor all these years later! Try it you love it!
